Description: Supports under the direction of the Director of Records and Information Management, the implementation and oversight of the company's Records Management Program by administering and analyzing retention schedules, policies, and standards. Provide a wide range of records management services for records in all formats. Evaluate office record-keeping practices. Provide workflow analysis, needs assessments, feasibility and cost analyses, and development of records schedules. Provides customized records training. Create and perform senior management and executive briefings on records retention-concept and value. Create and perform guidance and training for RIM Coordinators and staff as required on program objectives from creation of records through final disposition. Provide technical expertise and solutions for RIM related services. Participates in research, selection, implementation, and maintenance of technical solutions for RIM related services. Work directly with various groups within TeSS on standards for metadata, imaging, naming conventions, etc. Participate as a stakeholder on projects touching records. Ensure compliance will meet all applicable laws pertaining to records and information management. Work towards and obtain CRM certification.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. At least two years of college is preferred. At least two years experience in a technical background and two years experience in at least two categories of records and information management preferred. CRM certification is preferred. Working knowledge of Data Lifecycle Management, directory structure and permissions. Proficient with Microsoft Office including Access 2003. Knowledge of basic principles of a records retention schedule.
